From Radio Free Northwest, March 25th, 2010

Greetings from the Northwest Homeland, comrades. It’s March 25th, 2010 , I’m Harold Covington, and this is Radio Free Northwest.

I’m going to begin this week’s show with a subject I’m very reluctant to broach. I spent most of this weekend debating with myself over whether or not to speak of this in public at all. I know a number of my associates and our Party supporters will disagree with my decision to do so, and I can understand their viewpoint. This is about the fifth time I have re-worked this part of the show so as to convey to you folks to the best of my ability, exactly what it is I want to say without simply adding to the confusion by going off into long pointless digressions about things that happened 20 and 30 years ago where the majority of you won’t have a clue as to what in hell I’m talking about.

I refer to a systematic and growing campaign of defamation, slander, harassment, and abuse which has been conducted against me personally and against the Northwest Migration concept on the internet for quite some time. Not by the Jews and not by the left and not by the government or the SPLC, but by people who claim to be White Nationalists who more or less believe as we do. In my view the validity of that claim to be one of us is open to serious question, but when you come across this happy horse dung, which I am sure you will eventually, judge for yourself. I call this hysterical campaign of abuse and vilification by several names in my own writings, GUBU, Space Madness, but most often I call it the Goat Dance.

I chose that name because one of the so-called White groups I criticized in the past that started all this taradiddle used to have a kind of ritual involving virtually nude young men wearing only jock straps with green leafy things stuffed in them, while the leader of the group presided over the festivities wearing a kind of robe or toga made out of a bedsheet, kind of a racist John Belushi. They called this the Goat Dance, and since this took place on a rural estate, yes, there was a live goat involved. Don’t ask.

I understand why a lot of you feel I should be maintaining public silence on this mess. I have been told that I need to "take the high road," that I should be a big man and rise above it all, that I shouldn’t dignify this defamatory drivel with an answer, and I get all that. I also understand also that by responding I am to a large degree giving these people what they want. Like all stalkers, what they want most of all is for the object of their weird desires to respond to them, acknowledge their existence. They don’t want this to be about the Northwest Migration, the Northwest Republic, or even about Harold Covington. They want it to be all about them. They’re some pretty sick puppies.

The reason that after much reflection I decided to include this segment in our podcast this week is because the fact is, the decision has been taken out of my hands. The things I am going be talking about are already being discussed in public, by which I mean on the internet, although perhaps bellowed and howled and cackled in public would be a better term for it. It’s already out there whether we like it or not, and to new people who don’t know what the hell’s going on and have nothing to guide them, it’s weird and confusing, and they are coming to me wanting answers.

At least once a week, I get an e-mail from somebody asking me the question “Harold, why does everybody in the Movement talk bad about you and the Northwest Migration?” The first thing I do when I get these questions is I fire back another e-mail in response saying “define everybody.” Because the fact is that no, “everybody” does not bad-mouth me and the Northwest Migration. This bird-brained and pathological behavior is confined to five or six specific individuals who have made a career out of it. Their identities are known to me, including most of the false e-mail addresses and internet sock puppets they employ.

I regret to say that one of these individuals is my own brother, but in his case his motivations are personal, financial and family-related and have nothing to do with White Nationalism or anything racial. So not counting my brother, roughly 80 to 90 percent of the toxic waste which is circulating about me on Movement internet boards and whatnot comes from about half a dozen specific, known individuals, none of whom are acting out of any legitimate racial and political motive.

The rest of it is just mindless repetition by silly people who don’t know any better but who just like gossip and scandal. They hear this stuff and they shoot it all over the internet just for shits and giggles. Someone once said that great minds talk about ideas, average minds talk about events, and little minds talk about people. We have an awful lot of little minds in the Movement. The internet really facilitates this kind of childish tantrum. I mean, look at Lindsay Lohan and Twitter.

One of the odd things I have noticed about this phenomenon down through the years is that any time I try to speak of White character in general terms, everyone nods sagely and agrees with me, but when I cite and analyze specific examples, by name, a lot of people jam their fingers in their ears and shout "LA LA LA LA I’m not listening…." In our rather eccentric collective mindset, it seems to be okay to discuss our many moral and personal failings so long as one does it in very broad terms, so whoever’s listening can convince themselves that Harold isn’t really talking about them. 

But the minute I start naming names and citing specific examples of disgraceful and counterproductive behavior, especially on the part of those who claim to be our leaders, all of a sudden I am “fighting a feud.” This is very much a shoot the messenger kind of thing. So don’t worry, I won’t upset anyone by naming names here. In any case, I am really not comfortable with perpetuating the names of these assholes in any connection at all to what I view as a sacred and holy cause.

I’m an old hand at this; I have been subjected to this kind of gossip and abuse for well over 30 years now, dating back to the pre-internet days when we put our smears and slanders in little single-sheet newsletters run off on mimeograph machines in garages.

Another one of my old Movement mentors, Major William Gaedtke, the last head of the old America First committee, once warned me about this. He told me, quote, “Harold, the problem is these people who are spreading lies and rumors about you are basically mediocrities. We are so used to mediocrity and incompetence in the Movement that anything else makes us suspicious. These people who slander you simply can’t understand why anyone with your education and talent would devote themselves to this dinky little Movement of ours instead of using your abilities to make all kinds of money, because that’s what they would do themselves if they had your chops.” End quote. Or words to that effect.

So yeah, they started laying this crap on me long ago, back in the days of yore. I have some real favorites from those days, especially the rumors where I was supposed to have magical powers kind of like Lord Voldemort in the Harry Potter series. I was supposed to have sacrificed my cat in a Satanic ritual in the Nazi headquarters on North Street in Raleigh, and I am also supposed to have sent poltergeists to haunt Michael Hoffman the Second. Wait, that’s naming a name, isn’t it? Screw it. I was also supposed to be an alcoholic Indian.

Plus of course the usual big three: Jew, Fed, and queer. I still get called a Jew, with of course no documentary proof at all. In point of fact my family line has been traced back to 1727 when a Scotch-Irish immigrant named John Covington landed in Charleston. That was actually done by the Raleigh News and Observer newspaper editor, a liberal named Claude Sitton, who hired a genealogist in 1980 to try and find Jewish ancestry in my family tree, but he came up dry. Nope, nothing but Germans and UIstermen. I get called a fed all the time as well, of course, again without one shred of evidence for the past 38 years. Queer I’m glad to say they’ve pretty much left alone; it would be kind of hard since I’m the guy who got Frank Collin put away for seven years on a buggery rap.

Everyone who has ever been prominent in the racial right has been subjected to this to one degree or another; this kind of dysfunctional behavior seems to be part and parcel of the kind of personalities that are attracted to the Movement.

Some people say that if you just ignore this nutty personal stuff it goes away. Unfortunately, in my experience that’s not true. If you just ignore it, people assume you don’t answer it because you can’t answer it. My policy when one of these moronic allegations pops up has always been to make one definitive statement per rumor or accusation and afterwards refer anyone who inquires back to that statement as a kind of “canned answer.” I haven’t bothered to do that for many years now, and that may be one reason why all the toxic waste has been building up, so this podcast is going to have to constitute my “canned answer” for a while.

Now, as to why they do this nonsense? Lordy, lordy, where to begin, where to begin?

First off, I am sure it is no news to most of you that our movement has a lot of people associated with it who have no business within a hundred miles of any kind of alternative politics. We have serious character issues, and since those character issues are largely what have been preventing us over the past 50 years from mounting an effective resistance to the crisis in our civilization, I have in the past refused to be polite and look the other way. I tend to say out loud what has to be said and let the chips fall where they may. I hold up mirrors, and a lot of people don’t like what they see. So that’s one reason some of these people are giving me all this crap on the internet. In the past I caught them with their fingers in the cookie jar or I caught them with their pants down, in one case quite literally, and I let everybody know it.

Secondly, as the late Dr. William L. Pierce once put it to me in the last civil letter he ever addressed to me, “The problem is, Harold, that we are all chasing the same buck.” Bluntly put, a lot of the anti-Covington mess originates either directly or indirectly from certain Fearless Leaders who don’t appreciate even my limited competition for that same buck. I think a little research will reveal that a large part of the somewhat misnamed Movement “in-fighting” over the past 50 years between all manner of personalities and groups on the right has its roots in competition for the donation dollar. We have been afflicted for many years with so-called leaders who view this sacred and holy cause as a business, and who use gangster-like tactics to steal supporters for themselves and undermine the support of other groups and so-called leaders. This kind of thing has been standard in the Movement since Colonel Simms and the Second Empire Klan in the 1920s.

Third, a lot of these people who are doing this are simply insane. The internet has allowed too many people to get in touch with their Inner Nut, and when some of us sit down behind the computer keyboard we get a visit from Mr. Hyde. I know because I am susceptible to this myself, and I concede there have been times when I have let the badger loose to howl at the moon, if you will pardon my mixed metaphors, so I know whereof I speak.

If you will peruse some of these internet attacks on me, you’ll notice that most of them read like they were written by Beavis and Butthead or the characters on South Park, but they weren’t. Believe it or not, the overwhelming majority of this childish twaddle is written and circulated by middle-aged men in their 40s and 50s, whom you would think should by now have outgrown adolescent toilet humor and "nyaah nyaah nyaah." It always astounds me, the sheer childishness of some of this stuff, and the fact that it comes from men with gray hair in their heads. You’d think these men would be able at least to show a little bit of dignity while they were lying about me, but apparently for them the internet seems to serve as a kind of sick Fountain of Youth, or perhaps I should say Fountain of Childishness.

You have to bear in mind that most of these specific teapot tempests are decades old, lies and misrepresentation about crap going back to things I said and did and wrote in the late 1970s in some cases. I have often wondered why none of it ever seems to die down, why someone always seems to go to great effort stirring it up again every couple of years, especially whenever it looks like the Northwest idea is starting to gain momentum and we’re starting to get some people in and get some things done. Like now, for instance.

One thing I will address specifically is that I allegedly wrote this history of the White Nationalist movement that has all manner of unkind things to say about certain individuals in our past. The document referred to has been floating around the internet for something like four years now, and I believe there are also hard copies in circulation that people have run off on their printers as well. It is a roughly 30,000-word monograph or pamphlet entitled A Brief History of the White Nationalist Movement.

In point of fact, no, I did not write the Brief History. At least not all of it, and not for that specific purpose. What happened is that somebody came along and plagiarized, collected, and collated a number of articles and bits and pieces from the past 50 years on Movement internal matters and melded them all together into a single report or long article. Some of that “borrowed” material is mine, yes, such as the Huey Long segment, the bulk of the section on Glenn Miller and a good bit of the material on Benny Klassen. And there I go naming names again. Oops!

But the Brief History also contains sections which were either written or paraphrased from works by Bill White, Louis Beam, the late Rick Cooper, Dr. Edward Fields, the late David McCalden, the writer known as “Maguire” and a number of other writers and commentators.

However, I will say this: whoever wrote the Brief History, they know their Movement beeswax. While to be sure, some of it is opinion and editorializing, I have been able to find only one single factual inaccuracy anywhere in the report. (They refer to "the late [Revisionist] Bradley Smith when Smith is in fact still alive.) I think that’s another thing that’s driving the Goat Dancers nuts—they can’t refute anything in the report factually, so they scream “HAC wrote it! HAC wrote it!” in order to make it all about me and to distract people from what the document actually says.

The irony of it is, the Brief History is not in fact all that pro-Covington or pro-Northwest. The author makes clear that he is not a supporter of the Northwest Migration and that he thinks I’m foolishly wasting my time.

Sometimes people ask me, “how do we know who to believe?” Look at my work, look at my life, look at the people who are saying these things, look at the world around you, and wonder why we have gotten nowhere in our efforts to resist. What can I tell you? If you’ve read my novels, everything I have to say is in there. That’s it, people, that’s me.

Now, after this podcast hits the site, there will probably be some responses to the effect that except for the Brief History document I did not answer specific charges, and that’s quite correct, I didn’t, and I have no intention of doing so and wallowing in the mud with these people. I didn’t answer them, for one thing, because when I do they simply ignore it and bring more deranged accusations. They keep moving the goal posts, because serious discussion of fact is not their true agenda. I also usually don't bother because most of their specific charges against me are simply deranged nonsense, and if I were to repeat them in order to refute them, then I would be perpetuating them.

Many of you guys listening to this still probably have no idea what on earth I’m talking about, and that’s good. You’re not missing anything, believe me. Chances are you will eventually run across this excrement on the internet on your own, and when you do just remember what I said here.

However, in order to refute the charge that I am only presenting one side of the story here, I have decided that I will give my critics and my enemies some brief time of their own on this podcast, so that you can hear their case against me in their own words, and from their own lips.

But at least I understand the fact when I am yielding to my inner child or whatever on here. These other idiots honestly don’t seem to realize how what they’re doing looks to other people. They have no sense of shame.

What Order Should the Northwest Novels Be Read In?

I purchased all five of the Northwest novels from the Google Play store, but I don't know what order they are meant to be read in, or even if there is a proper order. Could you enlighten me?

Okay, I could have sworn I had a "canned answer" to this FAQ lying around on my hard drive somewhere, but I can't find the damned thing, so I guess I get to re-type it. Mutter, mutter, mutter like Popeye, a reference almost none of you will get ...

There are two ways to read the Northwest novels: in the order in which they were written, or in what might be called "mythos order."

The novels were written in the following order:

The Hill of the Ravens - (2003)
A Distant Thunder - (2004)
A Mighty Fortress - (2005)
The Brigade - (2008)
Freedom's Sons - (2012)

I personally think the best order to read them in for coherency and flow is Mythos Order:

The Brigade
A Distant Thunder
A Mighty Fortress
Freedom's Sons
The Hill of the Ravens

However, each novel can stand alone, and none of this is chiseled in stone. Most people end up reading the books in different orders than this depending on how they acquire the books. However you choose to read them, Erik, enjoy!

Acceptable Limits of White Nationalist Behavior

  

The Racially Conscious Community or “Movement” consists of White people who share certain common racial beliefs, who practice certain common behaviors, and who refrain from certain specific negative and dishonorable behaviors.

Those who follow the precepts of these protocols outlined here are of our community and one of us, no matter how anything else about them may diverge, and no matter how much we may dislike them or disagree with them. Those who violate these boundaries outlined here are not one of us, no matter what else they may do for the racial struggle.

We are a community of blood, not faith. There is no religious qualification to White nationalism. We are a community of character, not doctrine.

The Protocols of White Nationalist Behavior

1. The basis of all White racial nationalism is the Fourteen Words of David Lane: We must secure the existence of our people and a future for White children. Anyone who believes in the Fourteen Words and who lives by them to the best of his understanding and ability, and whose behavior conforms to these protocols, is of our community.

2. Our community consists only of those persons of pure Caucasian, Aryan race, with no known or outwardly discernible admixture of any blood which is negroid, Asiatic, Judaic, or from any non-White race. The basis for this determination is not formulaic but based on common sense community standards and immediate physical observation. No non-White is ever, in any way, shape, or form, part of our community.

3. Any form of collaboration with ZOG in order to do harm to any other White Nationalist is absolutely forbidden.

4. Homosexuality and miscegenation are forbidden, absolutely and without exception. White nationalists do not under any circumstances whatsoever tolerate homosexuality and miscegenation, or tolerate those who do.

5. No one in the Racially Conscious Community shall deliberately reveal, disclose, or in any way transmit personal information about any other racially conscious White person with the intent to do harm. To do so is stalking, and stalking is a behavior prohibited to White Nationalists.

6. No one associated with the Racially Conscious Community shall behave in any way which shall bring the White resistance movement into public hatred, ridicule, or contempt. When the behavior of a purported White Nationalist has the effect of bringing the racial struggle into public hatred, ridicule, or contempt, that individual is automatically severed from the fellowship of White Nationalism and is no longer one of us. He has ceased to be a part of the solution, and he has become part of the problem.

7. White Nationalist behavior is based upon the most famous lines in the Meditations of Marcus Aurelius: “If it is not right, do not do it. If it is not true, do not say it.”

Rare Publicly Accessible Internal NF E-Mail

Comrades:

First off, I wish to apologize unreservedly for the crappy quality of this week's Radio Free Northwest, and most especially to the people who attempted to call the Skype number and were unable to get through. 

I won't even bother to offer specific excuses this time. This is getting beyond embarrassing, and entering the realm of a sick joke. I will not attempt any more of these call-in shows until such time as we can have some guarantee that the tech end of things will work, and we will be able to produce a listenable product.  

There is a larger reason for this repeated fail on our part, and also for certain other aspects of our wee little operation which are becoming noticeable, if not quite as overtly embarrassing. That reason is something I have been complaining about for years---the shocking lack of professionalization on our part.
 
 At the risk of sounding conceited and melodramatic, an immense portion of the responsibility, if not the entire responsibility, for saving the White race and Western civilization from extinction has been place on the shoulders of a man who in two weeks' time will turn 64 years of age. 

A man whose technical knowledge of IT pretty much stopped with Windows 98, Second Edition, and whose brain seems to have hardened its arteries and become new-tech-resistant in some way. A man who is dealing with a number of increasingly annoying medical issues which distract him from full concentration on the task at hand. A man who is compelled to spend most of his time doing secretarial work and running errands, rather than the content creation he is best at. A writer who has written nothing for three years now, except RFN scripts and long screeds such as this one, saying things I frankly shouldn't have to say.

 Ideally, I should be like a NASCAR driver roaring lap after lap around the track at Talladega or wherever, occasionally pulling over into the pit and yelling "change the tires and fill her up!" to a loyal, skilled, and utterly dedicated pit crew that keeps me functioning at top performance level. Yeah, well, a lot of things that should be, ain't.

Let me dream a bit here. Let me share with you my vision as to how all of this should be going at this point in the Party's development. Just one part of that vast vision, the part where we can actually do a call-in podcast without it turning into a balls-up. 

I see in my mind's eye a building or secure place, containing actual rooms full of glorious space where the Northwest Front can actually exist as a functioning entity. A place that is as legally and physically secure as it's possible for anything associated with White Nationalism to be in this day and age.  

I see tables. I see chairs. I see filing cabinets. I see new computers and IT gear and every conceivable kind of equipment necessary to produce podcasts, YouTubes, web sites, graphics. I see persona management software so we can carry out coordinated offensives on social media, I see video cameras; an actual internet radio studio with real-time streaming capacity so our own "racist Rush Limbaugh show" can become real. I see our own servers.
 
 And in my vision, I see the bodies. Actual, physical human beings who live right here in the Homeland itself, not hiding behind computers in Tulsa and Nashville and Dayton and San Diego. 

Younger men than I. Okay, maybe not kids, but at least 20 years younger than myself, men with plenty of tread left on the tire. Men with the skill sets needed, from Photoshop to video editing to hardware repair to software trouble-shooting, to keep an internet media center running. Men who know how to operate and maintain all that glorious new state-of-the-art hardware and software and equipment, purchased for the Northwest Front from the contributions of thousands of White people who have finally awakened to the fact that "all this" is goddamned serious and a matter of life and death.

 Anyway, you know all those appeals I make in the organizational letters and the bi-annual fund appeals? Well, this vision is just part of what I'd like to achieve.  

I won't ask you again to help me. I've asked before, and to the eternal glory of God and our cosmic legacy, a few of you have, to the best of your ability. Enough of you to keep me alive and battling on. 

But mostly what I get is exquisitely tactful and commiserating woods, beneath which I hear the sound of doors softly closing in my face. Well, it is what it is. Either we will change who and what we are, or we will perish from the earth.

Actual E-Mail Received As Blog Comment

Since the day HAC predicted about the internet is upon us, we will be forced to going back to using the telephone and postal systems to communicate. It’s now more important than ever for “us” to organize with actual telephone #’s and postal mailing addresses.

The Stormfronters and Daily Stormers ain’t laughing now at the NF and HAC for producing and mailing CD’s and actual paper publications. I believe the NF is the only group that regularly mails out an actual quality, decent sized, printed magazine. The darkweb Daily Stormer site, which they have been relegated to, has announced they are taking steps to publish a weekly printed version of its material. So far though, they are just at the stage of putting together a printable file version, that you must still be able to go on the internet to download. Nowhere near having an actual postal mail magazine subscription like the NF.

The USA government invented the internet. It has gradually privatized and internationalized it over the past couple of decades. But it was only less than a year ago, in the last few months of the Obongo regime, that in Oct. 2016 Obongo gave up the last vestiges of US government control and regulation of the internet.

This was the next to the top layer of the internet, the domain name registrar system. So now who is even allowed to register a domain name, such as dailystormer.com  in America is in the hands of a handful of giant international corporations. The recent event was the excuse they were waiting for to begin the purge.

This is going beyond getting banned by Paypal, or losing your webhost, which is bad enough. Now registrars like GoDaddy or Google can just confiscate the very name of your website, putting it on permanent “hold,”,  neither you nor anyone else can use it ever again.

At the same time, the internet security companies are joining in on the purge. Cloudflare and other internet security providers are banning “us.” So we don’t even have the right to pay for internet security.

Will “they” be allowed to go even further? The only layer left above banning people from registering domains, is the actual telephone and cable companies. They are supposedly still government regulated utilities and you will see these little government fees and taxes on your bill if you study it. But what if ATT, Comcast, etc. are allowed to start closing our accounts and seizing our telephone numbers, for “hate speech” and “terrorism”?

The Northwest Imperative: A Quick Basic Rundown

The Northwest Front is a movement to establish a sovereign and independent Homeland for all White people here in the Pacific Northwest. This concept is based on the idea, fairly obvious by this point in our history, that any recovery of the entire North American continent all at once is now demographically impossible. It’s time for the White man to stop wasting time on endless dead ends that don’t work. The fact that you are in contact with the Northwest Front and that you are reading these words at all indicates that you probably already have some idea as to what we’re about, but I’ll do what I can to tell you about us in this short time available here.

It is a matter of the utmost urgency that you make this vitally important commitment to the future of our people, that you do so now, and that you come to the Northwest Homeland with only the minimum delay necessary to raise sufficient funds and put your affairs in order. 

The White race in North America is in danger of literal, physical extinction. If current destructive demographic trends continue, White people will be a minority in the United States and Canada by the year 2050, and we will have vanished completely from North America by 2100. The real point of no return, however, is far nearer in time. By the year 2030, the median age of the White population of North America will have become so high that we will no longer be capable of reproducing ourselves in sufficient numbers to overcome the tide of mud-colored Third World immigration which has been unleashed on North America by successive U.S. presidents, Canadian prime ministers, and a century of globalist political manipulation.

Radical dangers require radical solutions. Many White people placed their hopes in the election of Donald Trump to the presidency, but it didn’t take long for them to become disillusioned. Trump campaign promises such as the building of a border wall, the repeal of the catastrophic Obamacare, banning Muslim immigration, and the criminal prosecution of Hillary Clinton seem to have been forgotten. Instead, he is playing grab-ass with North Korea and apparently trying to provoke World War Three with Russia. For the first time in history, Jews are actually living in the White House, and several them are standing behind the president whispering in his ear, almost like some old cartoon out of Der Stürmer.

We have only ourselves to blame. We knew that Trump was as kosher as lox and bagels before we voted him in, and only the fact that his opponent was a kind of liberal Jabba the Hut in the form of a humanoid female persuaded many of us to vote for him. We chose the lesser of two evils; the trouble is that lesser evil is pretty damned bad and now we have to live with it. Or die by it.

We as a people have wasted the past six decades on pointless, futile and impotent right-wing and kosher conservative organizations and strategies. The overwhelming majority of these past organizations and movements refused to recognize the vital central importance of race in all issues, and they refused to recognize the urgent need for state power in order to preserve the existence of our race. We spent entirely too much time standing on street corners in laughably tiny groups holding signs and chewing on rubber chicken in rented motel banquet rooms with several dozen people at a time, most of whom were over 60. The result of the past decades of right-wing failure and impotence is that we are now out of time.

There is only one strategy remaining to us that may be able to secure the existence of our people and a future for White children. Our last remaining hope to stave off extinction is the establishment of a sovereign and independent nation on the continent of North America for White people only, where we can raise a few more generations in physical health, mental sanity, and moral safety. Considerations of demographics, economics, (such as the need for a coastline) and a history of commitment and martyrdom in the persons of Bob Matthews, Sam and Vicky Weaver, Richard Butler, Jeff Hughes, Edgar Steele, and many others, dictate that the territory for this sovereign White republic must lie in the Pacific Northwest.

The First Step To Freedom: Read Things

The first step toward the establishment of the Northwest American Republic is a mass migration of the existing racially aware White community to the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and western Montana. Hispanics and Third World immigrants aren’t the only ones who can change demographics. The settlers in this mass migration must then form communities of responsible and functional-in-society White nationalists, people who live within half an hour’s drive of one another, and who regularly interact face-to-face in the real world as opposed to tapping or clicking on an electronic device. The internet and social media, etc. are potentially invaluable tools for the establishment of this White ethnostate, but they cannot replace human bodies with brave hearts and iron spirits.

The fact is that in order to fully understand what I am saying here, and in order to ask the right questions and get the right answers, you need to be familiar with a whole body of knowledge that White Americans are usually denied access to by the media and the public education system. 

The NF is in rather an unfortunate position, in that in order to bring you fully up to speed on everything we’re saying and convince you of the fact that we are right—and we are right, by the way—you have to sit down and read at least one or two big, thick books, and that’s a problem with 21st century White Americans. 

A large number of us, especially younger White people who were trapped in public schools as children, and whose parents could not afford to give them an actual education in private school, no longer have the ability, the concentration, or the basic literacy to read a long block of text for content. White people are kind of regressing into the past before reading and writing was invented, and we’re now reliant once again on pictures on electronic screens or in so-called graphic novels, rather like our prehistoric ancestors who drew pictures on the walls of caves.

The Party aren’t total Luddites. We are trying to adapt to audio and visual means of communication, hence our YouTube videos, DVDs and CDs, etc. We also have a weekly podcast called Radio Free Northwest, which can be downloaded from northwestfront.org, but the fact is that the bulk of the knowledge you need to know, and which we need to try to make you understand, is contained in actual, physical books.

You’re really going to need to read these books, especially the Northwest independence novels. Those were written with the specific intention of answering every question anyone might come up with, in as much detail as possible. It’s really hard to give detailed answers to questions with people who haven’t read those five Northwest novels, because the answers you’re looking are almost all there, spelled out in much greater specific detail than we could ever give you in 25 words or less here.

Thoughtcrime In Obama’s America

Yes—despite the election of Donald Trump as president, this is still very much Obama’s America. Obama’s America transcends Obama himself, if you understand what we’re getting at. The liberal democratic power structure which has spent the past century embedding itself in American government and society is still very much entrenched. Even if Trump was sincere and can even become somewhat effective, this is going to be Obama’s America for a long time.

We need to talk about language and the concept of Thoughtcrime, which we’re sorry to say is a very real factor in 21st century American life. A racially conscious White man and a free man as well does not allow the present dictatorship to control or to command what we think or say or write, and that includes a number of forbidden words. 

You will hear on Radio Free Northwest and read in our publications that the Party routinely uses words like nigger, kike, beaner and faggot. We use these words specifically because our lords and masters have forbidden us to do so, because the Jewish and liberal ruling élite does not want men and women of our race to use these words, and whatever the régime wants White people not to do is something we are under a moral obligation to do as often as possible.

This isn’t quite as simplistic or infantile an assertion as it sounds. There is hard reasoning behind it. I know we keep telling you guys to sit down and read big, thick books, but if any of you haven’t read George Orwell’s historic novel 1984, we recommend in the strongest possible terms that you obtain a copy and do so immediately. Even though the novel was written in 1948, it’s timeless. It explains much about the world we live in today. When you get your copy of 1984, start with the appendix at the end of the book which discusses something called Newspeak. It’s an essay on the use and perversion of language in order to control thought, and it is even more applicable today that it was 60 years ago when it was first written.

Long story short, it’s not racial insensitivity or hurting the poor little monkoids’ feelings or anything like that which are the régime’s concern. The wealthy and powerful liberals and Jews who run this society don’t give a rat’s ass about some ASunt Jemima’s hurt feelings. What the liberals want to do is to control our very thoughts, by making us so afraid to speak certain words out loud for fear of economic retaliation, in Europe fear of legal punishment, or fear of psychopathic black violence, that we censor our own selves so effectively that we don’t even think such words—or think about the concepts and the ideas of racial difference and White superiority that those words convey.

The empowered liberal and Judaic élite in Western society doesn’t only want us afraid to say nigger, they don’t want us to even think nigger, or be able to think it. The wealthy liberals and Jews who rule us don’t want White people to think any thought that contradicts what we are taught in our politically correct classrooms, loony-left universities, or our state-controlled liberal media. 

The régime does not want White people to have in their minds words which can even so much as formulate forbidden thoughts, never mind express them. The long term goal, as stated in Orwell’s 1984, is to make so-called thoughtcrime impossible, because we will lack even the language necessary to formulate forbidden thoughts in our minds.

It is absolutely essential that White people break through this thought control process and recover true freedom of speech and thought, and that first and foremost represents the freedom to say nigger and kike and faggot. 

Because you see, the liberals who rule us are not just vicious and evil, they are wrong. There is no such thing as an “African-American.” There is no such thing as a black person—the term “person” implies an equality with White people which does not in fact exist anywhere in the real world. They are not people, at least not in the same sense that we are. They are a more primitive and rudimentary species of the genus homo than White people, true, but they are biologically and genetically different in many more important ways other than skin color. Skin color is merely the most obvious of racial differences; the most significant  ones are genetic.

Negroes have inborn differences from White people that cannot be altered, including among other things lesser intelligence, lower cognitive skills generally, and a brain incapable of developing moral thought to the same level as White people. One example is their inability to empathize with anyone outside their own immediate family grouping. It is no accident that all cannibalistic cultures in Africa and Papua New Guinea are black-skinned. On the other hand, it is significant that the green eco, tree-hugging movement is entirely White. White people are the only humans on the face of the earth who seem even to care about the environment.

These are not “black people,” they are niggers, and they know it even if we don’t. Why do you think they call themselves nigger all the time? They don’t respect themselves, so why should we respect them? Then again, we don’t respect ourselves either, since White people won’t fight for what we have and we let them do us such terrible harm, while we cower in a corner like whipped dogs, so why the hell should anyone respect us?

There is no such thing as a “gay” person. There is nothing gay about filthy and unsanitary perversions that spread loathsome diseases. The word homosexual is simply a descriptive term for certain unnatural sexual acts; it does not describe the people who commit those acts. Those people are faggots, queers, bugger boys, dykes, and other terms I won’t use but which are more colorful and descriptive. To refer to these people as gay or homosexual or without any pejorative wording at all is to imply that they and their perversions are somehow acceptable in civilized society. They are not.

You see what I’m getting at? White people and the defenders of Western civilization have to stop letting the enemy define the parameters of discussion and determine what is and is not acceptable by way of thought and language. We need to force that power out of the hands of the liberals and their media and their law, and back into ours. There are a lot of things we need to force out of the hands of the globalists and back into our own.

That’s another thing; we need to be free to at least think in those terms, to encompass in our imaginations the concept of liberals and Democrats and the government being forced to do things, being compelled to change their behavior, and being punished for what they have done in the past, and I don’t mean by being scolded on blogs. 

The thought is father to the deed, as liberals know full well. If we are free to think disrespectfully of minorities and perverts and the system itself, then it’s only a matter of time before we start thinking about other things. And that’s what they’re really terrified of. There is nothing that frightens a Jew or a liberal more than a White man whose mind is not under their control.

Electronic Remittance To Northwest Front

As you know, I've been searching for some way to increase our income by allowing electronic payments, taking credit and debit cards, etc. You will also be aware of the recent spate of PayPal and Patreon and YouTube cancellations among "alt.right" personalities or anyone who might be considered to be right of center or a supporter of President Trump.

This practice has both positive and negative aspects which we've discussed, and I won't re-visit that discussion here, except to clarify that what we need---what our "public" seems to be demanding---is a PayPal-like electronic "donate button" we can attach to websites and YouToobs and whatnot. This is largely so we can attract spontaneous impulse donations, and so alt.right types can continue to pretend they are remaining hidden under false names from the government. (Our people love to play Secret Squirrel. I'm sure the secret police find it amusing and even charming.)

Of course, what they're actually doing by using services like PayPal or Patreon is creating a digital paper trail right back to themselves. If they really wanted to remain anonymous, the old Bob Mathews-style paper bag full of cash dumped out on the table is what's called for, but never mind.

Anyway, after some searching, and with some reservations regarding the company I'm keeping, I have opened a Hatreon account. I am still navigating it and trying to figure out exactly how it works. I think you have to create "projects" there. Will get back to you on that. Don't know even if it does function whether it will allow for the "donate button" that everybody keeps yelling for. It may just be something you do via a simple URL.

(What we really need, of course, is for the Jews at PayPal to come down off their arrogant horse, respect the rights of other people, and do their damned job, but evidently that's not going to happen.)

However Hatreon turns out, I would like to let you guys in on one electronic remittance system that some of our people have been using for years to pay their Party dues. Yes, I'm sure they're owned by Jews just like just about everything financial on earth. What can I tell you? Unless we're going to hide all our money in my mattress, if we use any kind of banking facilities, we deal with Jews. It is what it is.

I could if I wished set up my own account with these people, and the money could be transferred to the Party bank account directly, as is so often the case these days, but to be frank A) I'm not comfortable handing out my banking information to every Tom, Moishe, and Izzy like people are falling into the habit of doing, and B) I prefer to get an individual check so I know who is sending what, and I can acknowledge everyone's contribution, even if only through a brief e-mail. It has always been an iron-clad rule of mine from my earliest days in "this thing of ours" that no one sends me one thin dime without an acknowledgement and thank-you note of some kind. I suspect that practice has kept me out from under the bridge on more than one occasion.

White Nationalism and Character [circa 2002]

[This is probably the most controversial essay I have ever written for the internet. I will be re-posting it periodically, because nothing has occurred in the past year which has in any way changed my mind as to its basic validity. - KF]

WHITE NATIONALISM AND CHARACTER

1. In any political, social, or revolutionary movement, it is always a good idea if both the leaders and the rank and file members of that movement reflect the ideals and principles that the movement publicly advocates, in their personal lifestyle and in their personal behavior.

2. This is not the case in the White nationalist movement.

3. A very large percentage of the people involved in White nationalist politics have no business whatsoever being involved with this or any other cause, because of their personal character defects.

4. Many of the people involved in White nationalism, arguably a majority of them in fact, are mentally and emotionally damaged or dysfunctional in some way.

5. The majority of White nationalists have joined the Movement because we want to get something out of it, not because we want to put something into it.

6. Most White nationalists are not revolutionaries. They are what is known as paleo-conservatives. They do not want to change the entire political, social, and economic order in America. They want the existing order to work for them personally and give them money and success.

7. Most White nationalists are, to put it politely, of "dull normal" intelligence.

8. Being Americans of the 20th and 21st century, White nationalists have no oral history and in many cases have no idea where they came from, beyond the generation of their grandparents, and some not even that. White Americans as a whole are essentially a people without a past.

9. Because of this and other factors, White nationalists as a group are almost entirely lacking in any kind of spiritual or moral values, unless you want to count Pat Robertson/Jerry Falwell-style Protestant evangelicalism as a moral value, which it isn't. (Protestant evangelicalism is a political ideology, not a religious one.)

10. White nationalists are completely materialistic and driven by money and consumerism. Their real beef with America is that America has not kept its promise to them personally and showered them with wealth, or else in the case of conservatives America demands that they pay taxes on the comparatively small amount of wealth they have managed to accumulate.

11. Most self-appointed Movement "leaders" are or were janitors or gas station attendants in real life. Some, like David Duke and William Pierce, have never actually held a real job in their entire lives. Virtually no self-appointed White racist "leader" has ever demonstrated any personal success in the real world. The White nationalist movement is a very small arena wherein dysfunctional people attempt to compensate for the fact that they are failures in life.

12. Active White racists are almost without exception dirt poor, and so personally dysfunctional that they are incapable of getting or holding a job and remaining economically viable in a competitive economy.

13. The majority of White nationalists are dishonest. Lying is a routine practice in our world. Very few White nationalists can be trusted with even small amounts of money. The spreading of slanderous rumors, petty theft of one another's personal property, and personal betrayal of every kind are standard practice, the rule rather than the exception.

14. White nationalists have no loyalty to one another or personal sense of honor.

15. White nationalists are bone-idle lazy and sloppy, both in their personal habits and politically.

16. White nationalists crave, respect, and worship money, because they have so little of it. Let's be honest, people. Give your typical White racist something to lose--give him a $100,000 a year job, a house in a nice suburb, and three cars in the garage (one an SUV)--and he would be outta here. Give a White nationalist a taste of wealth and in a heartbeat he will be voting for President Bush, cheering on the American invasion of every small country, hollering to "reform" Social Security, and watching Fox News with his slack jaw hanging down. It has to be said again: the overwhelming majority of so-called White nationalists are simply blue-collar conservatives who have gotten the shaft from the system. If the need ever arose, they could be bought, and bought cheaply.

17. A very large number of White Nationalists are involved in the Movement because of their own personal resentment at the crappy lives they have led. Granted, sometimes it's not their fault. In fact, a lot of times it genuinely isn't their fault. But the fact is that petty personal resentment simply isn't a very good political or revolutionary motivation, with the result that Middle American Whites don't make good revolutionaries.

18. A very large percentage of White nationalists, possibly the majority of them are, er, uh, how can we put this? Sexually odd in various ways.

19. A huge number of White nationalists, possibly a majority, are closeted homosexuals. This especially applies to the NSM and other costumed "Nazi" groups. Homosexuals have always been so predominant in White nationalism that in the past year there has appeared a kind of "gay liberation movement in the Movement" led by certain prominent White "leaders" who have for all practical purposes come out of the closet. It is a myth that gays are largely left-wing and liberal in their politics. In fact there is a lot about the claustrophobic and paranoid closeted gay lifestyle that is similar to, and attracts, strong rightist and racist elements.

20. The White nationalist movement is characterized by personal and political failure, by mediocrity, by a low level of intelligence, by personal and political ignorance, by hypocrisy, by massive dishonesty, by sexual perversion, by cowardice, by childishness, and by an almost total lack of any kind of direction or any kind of strategic plan.

ALL OF THE ABOVE HAVING BEEN SAID: 

It is an undeniable fact that the vast majority of all White Americans believe in most of the basic principles of White nationalism, and agree with the general idea of White racial superiority, if (important proviso) these ideas are expressed gently, subtly, and correctly without outward symbols and appurtenances of violence and extremism. It is entirely possible to slip White nationalism in under the radar, so to speak, if it is done with a bare minimum of psychological skill and subtlety.

WHITE NATIONALISM COULD STILL WIN despite all of the above character defects, if an intelligent and realistic strategic plan ever appears, and if a collective leadership ever makes an appearance who are willing to accept the above twenty points as a real-life truth and correct these problems by eliminating self-appointment, setting serious and high moral and mental standards, and who dare to make demands of White nationalist personnel, and who dare to swiftly and effectively sanction misbehavior and poor character.



 

The Garbage Book

I got an e-mail suggesting that in order to raise funds for the Great Project, I use my allegedly brilliant writing skills and write a purely commercial novel solely to make money, and publish it under a pseudonym.

Well, actually, been there, done that. 

In the autumn of 2014 I wrote a short (90,000 words) piece of dreck I call my Garbage Book. Loony events intervened, but I finally published it in the spring of 2015. I call it my Garbage Book because that's what it is. All told, it's probably a good thing that my name isn't associated with it, if for no other reason than it has [heterosexual] raunchy sex scenes in it, what is known as "commercial dirt," which still seems to upset some of our people. I still have to send out a disclaimer sheet with Fire and Rain and Bonnie Blue Murder any time I send out a signed copy to a Movement HAC fiction fan. 

I have been told by the few NF people who have read it that the book actually contains a serious racial and cultural message, which I can kind of see now that they point it out, but it was unintentional. Apparently I’m incapable of writing anything completely apoliticial or nonracial any more, even when I try to write crap.

The royalty simoleons never came. I was trying to glom onto a specific literary niche market, but without success. Where I fell down was that my avalanche of secretarial and sound editing and production stuff, which has become chronic over the last two years, means that I simply do not have time to promote the damned thing for sales, nor am I able to do the things that most self-published authors do to promote their work, like show up in person at book signings and network properly on the internet, etc.

It remains a curiosity item, most likely the last piece of fiction I will ever write. [sigh ... ] 

Anyway, just wanted to let you know that yes, like so much else, that idea of trying to write for money under a pseudonym has been tried.

April 20th, 2002

On Saturday, April 20th, National Socialists and racial nationalists the world over will once again gather as they always do to celebrate the birth of the Führer Adolf Hitler. Many of these assemblies will of necessity take place in secret, due to the relentless persecution of an establishment which still fears Hitler's legacy 57 years after his death. Many a private party in homes and the back dining rooms of restaurants, in forests and in out of the way locations, will have a secret and joyful purpose. Every year it happens, and every year there are more of us.

To be honest, the past few Führertags haven't been very uplifting. These have been depressing and profitless times, as the last tattered remnants of the old and failed Movement of the post-1945 era flop and splatter and bleed the last of their thin, senile blood in their death throes. There's nothing left of that time any more. It's all gone, and frankly, good riddance. The Racially Conscious Community haven't had much to be upbeat about recently, and that's a fact.

But things are changing. I am actually much more optimistic than I have been for many years. This April 20th, I believe I can honestly say that for the first time in a long time, there is at least a ray or two of hope. Those rays of hope are glimmering in the Pacific Northwest.

Slowly but surely, you are beginning to respond. I can finally see the glacier move. The message I have been hammering home for the past eighteen months is finally sinking in. The writing is on the wall and at long last, you folks seem to be reading it. In the past few months I have seen a number of indications that finally, at the eleventh hour, White people in the Racially Conscious Community are starting to wrap their minds around the idea of a sovereign, independent Aryan nation on the North American continent as the only way forward to racial and cultural survival. The Northwest message is starting to fall on fertile ground, as the need for an Ingathering of the Folk into a new Homeland becomes understood and accepted. I have received the ultimate confirmation of this in the form of at least four White families to my knowledge and maybe more, who have immigrated into the Homeland. Every envelope I get with a Washington or Idaho postmark instead of Pittburgh or Georgia is a vindication. I know there will be many more. It is beginning.

The birthday of National Socialism's founding genius seems to me to be an appropriate time for me to address something that has come up recently, as the time for my own Homecoming draws near. I refer to the accusation that I have in some manner betrayed true National Socialism by becoming an advocate of a new nation for our people in the Northwest, a Homeland for all White people regardless of their personal, political, or religious views.

In the minds of the purists (and we do still have a few left, Lord love ‘em!) this betrayal consists of three sins of omission: 1) My failure to spangle all my literature with Swastikas and portraits of the Führer; 2) My failure to disport myself in public wearing a Third Reich-ish costume and my refusal to engage in infantile publicity stunts which cause National Socialism to appear ridiculous to the general public; and 3) My decision some time ago to abandon any pretense at reviving a formal party which eventually even I had to realize that no one beyond a minuscule handful ever really wanted. In short, I insist on at least trying to live in the real world, making me virtually unique among White racial nationalist advocates. (I no longer refer to myself or anyone else as a leader. We have no leaders.)

This is neither the time nor the place to re-hash the very old argument as to when the historical symbols of National Socialism are appropriate for display and when they are not. I not only have heard all of these arguments, I wrote most of them. For many years, I myself and many others tried the “orthodox” approach and the results were...hell, the results were dismal, and we all know it. Nor has anyone else had any greater success. The simple fact is that while the ideal of National Socialism is eternal and applicable wherever White people are found, the political terminology and outward manifestations of National Socialism from the 1930s by and large simply don't translate into the context of modern day America. This is not 1932, this is not Germany, and Middle Americans are not Europeans. It has taken me almost thirty years to internalize this simple and obvious truth, so great was my love and admiration for the Führer and the Reich. I speak as one who has spent most of his life trying to perform that very transmutation. It didn’t work, and it will never work. Does this admission of a simple fact of life in any way make me a “traitor” to National Socialism? There are those who believe it does.

We simply cannot afford to wallow in nostalgia any more. Letting our race perish is hardly the way in which to honor Adolf Hitler. Insofar as we have historical examples to follow, we must look in a very limited manner to the Ireland of 1916-1923 and the creation of the Zionist state of Israel, and we had best be very leery of carrying even those parallels too far.

We come now to a very pertinent topic. If Adolf Hitler were here today, once he understood the situation in which we presently find ourselves in this country, and once he had a clear idea of what little we have remaining to work with in the realm of human and financial resources, what then would he advise us to do? Continue with the status quo, scattered and powerless and inchoate and utterly unable to defend the few remaining liberties we once had? Or would he advise us to come together and form a modern version of the old Teutonic shield-wall, standing side by side instead of hiding behind the screens of personal computers? National Socialism is first and foremost about race, the Aryan race specifically. The survival and improvement of the Aryan race must be the first concern of all who call themselves National Socialists. This is not an ideological point. It is the very basis of the National Socialist world view. It is a practical problem, and Adolf Hitler was probably the world's greatest pragmatist as well as being one of history's most notable idealists, a combination seldom found in the course of human events. How would this greatest master of realpolitik in the annals of our civilization respond to the crisis which confronts us today?

I am completely convinced that if the Führer were present in 2002 America, he would be the very first to urge us to adapt to the conditions of the 21st century rather than to look back at the heroic time of the 1930s and 40s. The geopolitical dynamic of our time is globalization and the efforts of the world's many peoples to resist that soul-destroying economic and cultural juggernaut. So far small nations like Serbia and Palestine and Rhodesia have had little success in beating back the the combined and merciless onslaught of Money, Murder, and McDonalds. But that does not mean that the struggle cannot be won, when eventually the New World Order overreaches itself. The dynamic of the 21st century will also be expressed as the ancient one of God versus Man, of material things versus the things of the spirit. This struggle is presently being led by the forces of militant Islam, and for all my respect for the valiant and fierce Palestinians, we cannot in all honor allow non-Whites to monopolize the side of the Light. National Socialism must join and then take command of the struggle against Darkness of Zion which will be this coming century's leitmotif.

The iron laws of evolution dictate that a species under threat must adapt or die. Through our own failure to adapt, we risk condemning our Folk to horrible death and genetic extinction. We can no longer afford the endless debate and introspection which has occupied us all for the past thirty years as we have desperately sought some way to have our cake and eat it too, to preserve our race and our civilization while never incurring any personal risk or inconvenience. We have before us a magnificent prospect, a land watered with the noblest martyred blood of both Aryan man and woman, Bob Mathews and Vicky Weaver. We are confronted with an unspeakable crime against all decency in the theft and destruction of Pastor Richard Butler's longtime home by the yellow dog Morris Dees, a crime which we cannot allow to remain unanswered and still call ourselves men. Were he here today, the Führer Adolf Hitler would understand this.

But he is here today. On the morning when I get into my battered car and head out on Highway 6 for the Homeland, I will not just be following our ancestors who went before me, taking months in their wagons to cross the distance that I will cover in four days. I will be following the path that my Führer has pointed out to me in my heart and my mind. In serving the survival of our Folk in the coming Northwest Republic, we are serving the legacy of Adolf Hitler.
